I offer psychotherapy in a warm, collaborative, and supportive space where you can explore whatever is feeling difficult, overwhelming, or stuck. I aim to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that shape your life, while supporting you to move towards greater self-acceptance and emotional well-being.
My approach is person-centred and grounded in the belief that therapy works best when you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. I work in a neurodivergence-affirmative way, recognising and valuing different neurotypes and creating a space where masking, shame, and misunderstanding can be explored with compassion and care.
Alongside this, my work is informed by psychodynamic and attachment-based perspectives. Together, we may look at how early experiences and relationships continue to influence the present, helping to bring awareness to unconscious patterns, emotional responses, and ways of relating to yourself and others.
I offer therapy that is thoughtful, relational, and tailored to you as an individual. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, burnout, identity questions, grief, or a sense that something in life does not feel quite right, therapy can provide space for reflection, healing, and change.
